Watertown police at 8:50 a.m. Friday charged Logan M. Moore, 20, of 43971 Church St., Natural Bridge, over multiple offenses allegedly committed earlier this month.
Police said that on June 8, Mr. Moore broke a window on the front door of 548 Mill St., Apt. 2. When he was later stopped, police found cocaine within his sight and reach in a vehicle in which he was a passenger. Police said he later ran from them, jumping off a cliff near the 200 block of Mill Street to get away.
Charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, he was held by police pending arraignment in City Court.
