The Pub and Hosmer’s Marina split a double header while Ogdensburg Bowl I and DaVinci’s earned wins in See-Way Slo-Pitch Softball action on Tuesday.

Ogd Bowl I 5. Ogd Bowl II 4: Chris Frary supplied a double and two singles, Matt Rafferty smacked a double and a single and Mike Raven and Brent Chevrier each singled twice for Ogdensburg Bowl I. Josh Crawford and Taylor Armstrong each tripled and Blair Davis and Dave Putman each doubled for Ogdensburg Bowl II.

The Pub 9, Hosmer’s 5: Scott McCormick stroked a triple and two singles, Ron Bouchard and Scott Reed lined a double and a single and Chuck Langley ripped a triple to lead The Pub.

Darrin King and Justin King each provided a double and two singles while Matt Bell added a double and a single to lead Hosmer’s.

DaVinci’s 13. Buster’s 2: Norm Martell smacked a double and three singles, Chris White lined two singles and a double, Bill Durham ripped three singles, and Dean Washburn added a double and a single leading DaVinci’s past Buster’s sparked by a seven run fifth.

Eric Whitcombe added two singles for Buster’s.

Hosmer’s 11, The Pub 8: Joel King smacked four singles, Rob Powers lined a double and two singles and Darren King, Willie Barr, Jeremy Wylie, and Matt Bell each ripped two singles to lead Hosmer’s. Ryan Polniak ripped three singles, Scott McCormick lined a double and a single and Mike Bouchard added two singles pacing The Pub.

Note: The playoffs will begin Thursday, July 18 with two games at Monnet Park and resume on Sunday, July 21 beginning at 8;15 a.m. The finals are set for Sunday at 5 p.m.
