FELONY DWI - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Brenden W. Narrow, 23, of Potsdam with felony counts of driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired by drugs, having a controlled substance in a non-original container, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and ticketed him for stopping on a highway following a traffic stop at 8:36 a.m. Wednesday on Adams Road in the town of Potsdam. He was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.

HARASSMENT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged five people with harassment violations following an investigation into a property and neighborhood dispute reported at 5:20 p.m. June 15 from the town of Norfolk. Troopers said Brandon S. Wolfe, 24, of 125 Adams Road, Norfolk; Jonathan T. Wolfe, 129 Adams Road, Norfolk; Travis M. Chase, 23, of South Main Street, Norfolk; Ronald G. Eurto, 22, of state Route 68, Colton; and Allan J. Dennis, 22, of Massena with second-degree harassment after they allegedly intentionally spun tires on two dirt bikes and created excessive noise in an effort to annoy neighbors involved in a property dispute with the Wolfe brothers. Brandon Wolfe was additionally charged with a disorderly conduct violation.

PEDESTRIAN SUFFERS MINOR INJURY - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police ticketed Jennifer Woodward, 36, of Center Street, Massena, with unsafe backing following a minor personal injury accident reported at 12:33 a.m. Thursday in a driveway off West Main Street in the town of Norfolk. Troopers said Woodward was backing out of the driveway between two parked vehicles, struck one of the vehicles and that vehicle struck Anthony Fisher. Mr. Fisher, 18, of Grantville Road, Norfolk, was transported to Canton-Potsdam Hospital with a complaint of pain to the knee, treated and released.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - LOUISVILLE - Troopers from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents on Wednesday. Among those were:

■ Amber M. McLaughlin, 20, of Louisville at 10 p.m. Wednesday on Route 37, near Route 37B, in the town of Louisville.
