Richard A. Falkiewicz


Richard A. “Zeke” Falkiewicz, 54, of Dexter, NY, passed away on June 30, 2013. Born in Perth Amboy, NJ, on May 19, 1959, he lived most of his life in NY State. Zeke was employed as a Toolmaker for 36 years, most recently with Allied Motion/Stature Electric in Watertown, NY. He could often be found tinkering on projects in his man cave and could fix or make just about anything. He was an avid outdoorsman, hunter, fisherman and card player. He loved kayaking, riding his motorcycle (scooter), cruising on his Schwinn and every dog he ever met. He loved his time spent with family and friends, especially his time at the Jersey shore. He is predeceased by his father John C. Falkiewicz, and his stepfather, Rico Pagliei. Surviving are his two children, Richard A. Falkiewicz II and Rachael Ann Falkiewicz; his mother Dolores M. Pagliei; five siblings, John W. Falkiewicz and his wife Kathy, Valerie White and her husband Allen, Joann Petruzzi and her husband Andrew, Judy Hendrickson and her husband David and Susan Adametz and her husband Rudy; his companion Carmen Nutting, her daughters Emerald and Kayleigh and granddaughter Annabelle. Also surviving are aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on July 13, 2013 at 4 p.m. at 153 South Market Street in Cape Vincent, NY at the home of Sally Carollo. All friends and family are welcome. This will be during French Festival, please tell traffic attendants you are attending a Memorial on South Market Street in order to go straight into the Village of Cape Vincent.
