BAD CHECK - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Tiffany A. Johnston, 40, of Burke with two counts of issuing a bad check on an account with insufficient funds Tuesday following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers on June 1.

ONE INJURED - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police said one person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday on state Route 37 at High Street in the town of Fort Covington. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Bonnie J. Provencher, 29, of Port Henry.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 6:36 a.m. Wednesday on state Route 131, at Meadow Drive, in the town of Louisville. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Melissa Ann Collins, 29, of Massena.
