BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police said Jeizino A. Cruickshank, 29, of 26 Tamarack St., Massena, turned himself in on a bench warrant at 12:45 p.m. Friday. The warrant, signed on June 26, alleged Cruickshank had failed to appear as directed on a disorderly conduct charge pending in village court.

Cruickshank was also arraigned on a warrant signed by St. Lawrence County Family Court Judge Cecily Morris alleging a violation of the Family Court Act.

He was arraigned on both warrants by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson. Bail was set at $75 cash on the local warrant and $1,000 cash or bond on the Family Court warrant.

BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Shane M. Burnett, 24, of 18 Clay St., Malone, on a bench warrant at 1:50 p.m. Friday after he had been picked up by Malone Village Police. The warrant, signed June 25, alleged Burnett had failed to appear as directed on an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle count pending in village court. He was transported to Massena, arraigned on the warrant by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $1,000 cash or bond.
