MAKING GRAFFITI - MASSENA - Village police charged Cesar A. Rodriguez, 19, of 483 Lacomb Road, Norfolk, with fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of making graffiti Thursday evening. He was picked up at 10:04 p.m. on East Orvis Street. Rodriguez allegedly spray painted graffiti on the exterior of Spaulding Pool, North Main Street; McDonald’s, South Main Street; and On A Roll deli, North Main Street; in June. Police said dasmage to the buildings was estimated to be over $500.

BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Trevor J. Secore, 19, of Massena on a bench warrant from Massena Village Court at 1o0:09 a.m. Friday at 187 Center St., Apt. 1.

UNSAFE BACKING - MASSENA - Village police reported Friday they had ticketed Sarah J. Boyea, 25, of Parker Avenue, Massena, with unsafe backing following a property damage accident on June 29.

CORRECTION - MASSENA - There was an error in a police report on the arrest of Stacy R. White, 57, of 26 Parker Ave., Massena, on a second-degree criminal trespass count Wednesday morning. It should have read that White was arraigned by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and released on his own recognizance.
