ENDANGERING THE WELFARE - MASSENA - Village police charged Holly A. Ayotte, 24, of 80 Chase St., Massena, with endangering the welfare of a child at 10:04 p.m. Tuesday stemming from an alleged domestic incident that occurred in front of children. She was released on an appearance ticket for July 30 in village court.

MARIJUANA POSSESSION - MASSENA - Village police charged Andrea C. Bourdon, 20 of Bowling Green, Ky., with unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed her for an inadequate tail lamp following a traffic stop at 11:08 p.m. Tuesday on Maple Street.

NO SEATBELT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Thomas C. Cameron, 59, of Massena for no seatbelt at 4:37 p.m. Tuesday on Main Street.

NO HELMET - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Joseph L. Cash, 31, of Massena for no helmet, no insurance, operating an unregistered ATV/mini bike and riding on public land at 5:25 p.m. Tuesday at the On a Roll Deli, Maple and Main streets.
