BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police picked up Jessica L. Monaghan, 26, of Haskell Street, Massena, Friday night on a bench warrant issued by Louisville Town Court. Monaghan reportedly failed to appear as directed on failure to use an interlock ignition device and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle charges and an equipment violation for having inadequate safety glass pending in Louisville Town Court. She was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and released after posting $200 bail. She is scheduled to appear Wednesday in Louisville Town Court.
PETIT LARCENY - WESTVILLE - Malone-based state police charged Joseph M. Marino, 21, of Constable with petit larceny stemming from a complaint lodged with troopers June 24 from the town of Westville.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police investigated a property damage accident at 9:51 p.m. Friday on Route 11, near the Elmer Road, in the town of Moira. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Allen W. Russell, 43, of Winthrop.
FELONY DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Steven F. Rushlow, 32, of Massena with felony counts of driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and operation of a vehicle without an interlock ignition device following a DWI conviction and ticketed him for failure to stop at a stop sign at 11:45 p.m. July 5 following a traffic stop in the village of Massena. He was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
ENDANGERING THE WELFARE - NICHOLVILE - Massena-based state police charged Lisa J, Miller, 41, of Nicholville and Ernest E. Miller, 49, of Nicholville with endangering the welfare of a child following na investigation into a complaint received at 9:53 a.m. July 5 from the town of Lawrence.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - BUCKTON - Massena-based state police invesigated a property damage accident at 5:10 p.m. July 5 on the Buckton Road, near the Haack Road. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by William J. Maxwell, 49, of Massena and Eugene Labrosse, 81, of Winthrop.
