TRESPASSING - POTSDAM - Village police charged Todd A. Christian, 21, of Norwalk, Conn., with trespassing at 3:36a.m. Sunday after police observed him refusing to leave a restaurant on Market Street. Further charges could be pending, police said.

FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Charles W. Hartson, 81, of Winthropfor failure to yield right of way at a stop sign at 9:03 a.m. Sunday following a property damage accidenton May Road and Leroy Street.

1809 Patrols responded to a domestic dispute on Bay Street.

1857 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a car vs. motorcycle accident.

2004 Noise complaint on Harrington Court. Patrol responded.

2201 Received report of suspicious person on Market Street. Patrol responded.

2216 Received a noise complaint at Seacomm Plaza. Patrol responded.

2247 Received reckless driving complaint on Larnard Street.Patrol responded.
