AGGRAVATED HARASMENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Warren G. Dashno, 46, of Potsdam with second-degree aggravated harassment early Thursday evening following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 11:20 p.m. July 15 from the town of Potsdam. The arrest was made at 536 Sissonville Road.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - COLTON - Canton-based state police charged Carlos A. Rodriguez, 48, of Hogansburg with unlawful possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct following a stop ay 9:29 a.m. Thursday on state Route 56 in the town of Colton.

HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Brian J. Boots, 34, of Hogansburg with second-degree harassment after responding to a complaint filed with troopers at 1:16 a.m. Friday from the town of Massena.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CANTON - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents on Thursday. Among those were:

■ James A. Delles, 50, of Natural Bridge at 6:50 a.m. on County Route 24, near the Irish Settlement Road, in the town of Pierrepont.

■ Elizabeth A. Browning, 53, of Massena struck a parked vehicle at 11:46 a.m. in the Perry’s parking lot in the village of Norwood.
