DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Austin B. Villnave, 18, of 144 South Raquette River Road, Massena, with disorderly conduct at 1:38 p.m. Saurday. Police and Massena Rescue responded to the Walmart tire center for a 13-year-old male who had suffered a two-inch laceration to his arm while getting out of the vehicle. Villnave, the juvenile’s brother, started screaming at police officers that were on scene. Police said they charged Vilnave with disorderly conduct after he failed to comply with five requests to stop shouting obscenities in the store’s tire center.



NO SEATBELT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Patrick J. Calnon, 58, of Laurel Terrace, Massena, for failure to wear his seatbelt at 9:52 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Center Street.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Amanda Peets, 30, of Paddock Street, Massena, for a stop sign violation at 8 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Poplar Street at Cornell Avenue.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Charlan K. Thompson, 23, of Hogansburg for a stop sign violation at 8:45 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Romeo Avenue.



NO STOP LAMP - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jonathan R. Jones, 30, of Woodlawn Avenue, Massena, for operation of a vehicle with no stop lamp at 9:20 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop.
