DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Christopher B. Knight, 21, of Canton with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to keep right at 3:17a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Market Street. Police said the stop was made after they observed Knight failing to keep right as he was southbound on Market Street.He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.13 percent. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes a driving while intoxicated count in New York state.
