FORGERY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Jessica L. Farr, 27, of Hermon with second-degree forgery, second-degree criminal impersonation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance Friday morning following an investigation into a forged medical prescription investigation launched following a complaint at 9:41 p.m. July 22 from the town of Potsdam.

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - NORTH LAWRENCE - Massena-based state police charged Andrew M. Rafter, 26, of Brasher Falls with second-degree aggravated harassment Friday evening following an investigation into a complaint filed with troopers at noon July 23 from the town of Lawrence.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - POTSDAM - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region Friday. Among those were:

■ Elaine M. Driscoll, 51, of Hannawa Falls struck a parked vehicle at 2:08 p.m. Friday in the Lobster House restaurant parking lot in Norwood.

■ Tabitha J. Baker, 30, of Brushton struck a parked vehicle at 12:36 p.m. Friday on Route 11, near Delancey Avenue, in the town of Moira.
