AGGRAVATED DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Adam D. Jacobs, 26, of Hogansburg with a felony count of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, aggravated driving while intoxicated, second-degree obstructing governmental administrationand speed in zone on July 21. Police said Jacobs had a blood alcohol content of 0.27 percent. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released under the supervision of probation. He is to appear in Bombay Town Court on Aug. 20. A DWI charge is elevated to aggravated DWI when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher.



BENCH WARRANT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Warren T. Allen, 39, of Hogansburg on a bench warrant July 24 . He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and is to reappear on Aug. 13.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Elizabeth R. Lazore, 30, of Hogansburg with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on July 23. She was also ticketed for speed in zone.



UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Steven M. Hopps, 40, of Hogansburg for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speed in zone following a July 23 traffic stop.



UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Eric J. Sunday, 26, of Hogansburg for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration following a July 27 traffic stop.



DWI - AKWESASNE - ST. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Chad A. Jock, 28, of Hogansburg Nwith Driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to keep right following an incident on July 27. Police say Jock submitted an alleged blood alcohol content of 0.15 percent.



AGGRAVATED DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Peter A. Timmons, 51, of Fort Covington with aggravated driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to use designated lane following a July 28 traffic stop. Police say Timmons submitted an alleged blood alcohol content of 0.20 percent.



AGGRAVATED DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police chargedPerry R. Montour, 47, of Hogansburgwith aggravated driving while intoxicated. Police say Mr. Montour failed standard field sobriety tests and submitted an alleged blood alcohol content of 0.34 percent following a traffic stop on July 28. He was released on appearance tickets and will answer the charges on Aug. 20 in Bombay Town Court.
