Judith A. (Brake) Gutterson, 70 of Heuvelton and formerly of Victor, NY passed away unexpectedly Sat (July 27, 2013). Fox & Murray Funeral Home in Ogdensburg will hold calling hours Wed (July 31, 2013) from 11:00-1:00pm. Pastor Ron Stiles will officiate funeral services at 1:00pm with burial immediately following at Ogdensburgh Cemetery.

Surviving are her children Ralph Miller Jr., Dawn Brothers (fiancÚ Randy Carr), Tommy (Peggy), Timmy (Alice), Danny (Marie) Miller, Randy (Kim) Gutterson, Tammy (Milton) Brothers & Pammy (Dan) Mills. Surviving siblings are Dale, Sherm (Deb), Richard (Karen), Martin (Terry) and Donna; 36 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, aunts, & uncles.

Born to the late Donald & Alta (Jensen) Brake on November 11, 1942 in Victor, NY. She married Willard L. Gutterson who predeceased her on September 22, 2012. Judy worked for Xerox, The Oasis Restaurant, & later CompAs until 1984.

Devoted mother, grandmother, wife, and friend. A cancer survivor, Judy’s strong will and spunk added to her character. She loved fishing, playing cards, jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her family.

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations would be appreciated to assist with expenses and can be made to the funeral home. Condolences can be shared online at www.foxandmurrayfuneralhome.com.
