AGGRAVATED DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Linda K. Lamora, 65, of Waddington with aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law for driving drunk with a child in the vehicle and was tikceted for unsafe backing and leaving the scene of a property damage accident following an investigation into a hit and run accident reported at 10:40 a.m. Wednesday from the town of Waddington. Troopers said the arrest was made at 11:12 a.m. at 160 St. Lawrence Avenue.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MASSENA - State police from around the region investigated several property damage accidents Wednesday and early Thursday morning. Among those were:

■ Eileen F. Sellers, 89, of Potsdam and Gary M. Thomas, 64, of Potsdam were involved in a two-vehicle collision on County Route 58, near Riverside Drive, at 2:28 p.m. Wednesday in the town of Colton.

■ Pamela J. Debyah, 39, of Burke at 1:40 p.m. Wednesday on County Route 9, near the Regan Flats Road, in the town of Bombay.

■ Matthew J. Langdon, 40, of Moira at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 95, near Green Road, in the town of Bombay.

■ Thomas C. Oakes, 33, of Bombay at 6:15 a.m. Thursday on South Woods Road, near Route 11B, in the town of Moira.
