PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police chared Samuel F. Westurn, 35, of 183 County Route 32, Moira, and Jonathan P. Sager, 29, of 981 state Route 95, Moira, with petit larceny at 4:15 p.m. Sunday for an alleged shoplifting incident. Police said Westurn walked past the last point of sale without paying for a computer, valued at $598, and Sager failed to pay for a television valued at $848. A third man traveling with the duo, Ronald A. Woods, 22, of 165 County Route 1, Bombay, was charged with three counts of petit larceny stemming from incidents that allegedly occurred on July 8, July 19 and Aug. 1. The merchandise taken in those incidents was not immediately available.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Jeffrey D. Fontaine, 44, of 45 Spruce St., Massena, with disorderly conduct after responding to a noise complaint at 1:25 a.m. Monday on Spruce Street.
