BOONVILLE — Three Boonville area residents on Sunday were accused of assaulting a man during a party last week at 7111 Kerwin Road in the town of Leyden.

Charged with third-degree assault were Brian S. Coe, 22, of 711 Kerwin Road; Kari A. Loucks, 26, of 7120 Kerwin Road; and Thomas W. Denton Jr., 30, of 8214 Route 294.

The trio was accused of fighting with Brian A. Nagy on Wednesday, causing unspecified injuries, according to Lewis County sheriff’s deputies. He was taken by Lyons Falls ambulance to Lewis County General Hospital, Lowville, for treatment.

Deputies additionally charged Ms. Loucks with forcible touching for allegedly grabbing Mr. Nagy in the groin during the altercation.

All three are to answer the charges in Leyden Town Court.
