UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged James F. Seaton, 27, of Rome with unlawful possession of marijuana at 8:30 p.m. Monday after he was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana during a secondary inspection by U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents at the U.S. port of entry in Rooseveltown. He was turned over to state police and released on an appearance ticket.

HARASSMENT - NORTH LAWRENCE - Massena-based state police charged Howard A. Deshane, 44, of Brasher Falls with second-degree harassment after responding to a complaint made at 8:23 p.m. Monday from the town of Lawrence. He was arrested at 9:05 p.m. at 23 Factory St., arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.

PETIT LARCENY - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Aaron E. Webb, 34, of Brushton with petit larceny Monday. Troopers said the arrest stemmed from a complaint filed with state police at 12:05 p.m. June 29 from the town of Moira. Troopers said the arrest was made at 777 County Route 7, Moira. He was arraigned in local court and sent to the Franklin County Jail.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - BOMBAY - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents on Monday. Among those:

■ Michael D. Deshane, 28, of West Stockholm struck a parked vehicle at 4:22 p.m. in a private driveway off County Route 1 in the town of Bombay.

■ Robert J. Mitchell, 60, of Bombay struck a parked vehicle at 2:04 p.m. in the Barrett Paving parking lot in the town of Westville.

■ Kyle R. Taylor, 22, of Tupper Lake at 6:40 p.m. on state Route 56, near Hollywood Road, in the town of Colton.
