Leaman Simmons, of 711 New York Ave., called Ogdensburg police Friday at 12:47 p.m. to report that items were missing from his vehicle. Police valued the items at less than $50.

John R. Clark, 43, of 731 Ford St., was issued a summons Friday at 12:23 p.m. for unsafe structure, Ogdensburg police said. He allegedly failed to do an asbestos survey and obtain a demolition permit for fire-damaged property of his at 111 Lafayette St.

Brian L. Middlemiss, 28, of 426 Clark St., was arrested Friday at 9:58 a.m. on a city court arrest warrant for petit larceny, city police said.

Brian C. Shirley, 31, of Henrietta, was issued summonses Thursday at 10:22 p.m. for no/inadequate headlights and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, city police said.

Jon R. Tyler, 18, of 6939A Route 37, and Dustin Harper, 19, of 425 Franklin St., were ticketed separately Thursday evening for failure to stop at a stop sign at State Street and Riverside Avenue, city police said.

Mitchell W. LaRose, 26, of 108 Albany Ave., and Frank Samarco Jr., 49, of 412 Rensselaer Ave., were arrested separately Thursday evening in the 400 block of Rensselaer Avenue on city court bench warrants for failure to appear, Ogdensburg police said.
