A Watertown man was charged with two counts of harassment after he allegedly punched a woman and left her threatening voice mails.
City police said Vergon R. Mcintosh, 56, of 703 Franklin St., Apt. 2, punched Glena M. Tysha on Thursday night at her Sterling Street residence. He also left voice mails telling her he would choke her, and another saying he would kill her, police said.
Charged at 4:07 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of Franklin Street, he was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in City Court.
