INADEQUATE STOP LAMPS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Donna M. Roundpoint, 52, of Akwesasne for inadequate stop lamps at 10:34 a.m. Aug. 19 after she was observed operating a vehicle with a burnt out stop lamp while traveling eastbound on state Route 37.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Valerie Jackson, 29, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlights at 9:40 p.m. Aug. 19 after she was observed operating a vehicle with a burnt out headlight while traveling southbound on Cook Road.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Diedre M. Rourke, 49, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlights at 9:59 p.m. Aug. 19 after she was observed operating a vehicle with a burnt out headlight while traveling westbound on state Route 37.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Jason L. Gray, 26, of Hogansburg for speed in zone (51/30) and unregistered vehicle following a traffic stop at 3:53 p.m. Aug. 20 on Cook Road.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Anastasia M. Peters, 26, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlights at 8:49 p.m. Aug. 20 after she was observed operating a vehicle with a burnt out headlight while traveling eastbound on state Route 37.



OBSTRUCTION GOVERNMENTAL ADMINISTRATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Brian J. Boots, 34, of Massena with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, driving while intoxicated, disorderly conduct, refusal to take a breath test and speed in zone (60/35) following a traffic stop at 11:30 p.m. Aug. 21 on McGee Road. Boots was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $500 cash or $1,000 bond to reappear Sept. 10 in Bombay Town Court.



CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Steven G. Sawinski, 55, of Massena with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, failure to use designated lane and having a controlled substance in a non-original container following a traffic stop at 1:31 a.m. Aug. 22.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Douglas J. King, 28, of Hogansburg with a felony count of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test, unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and drinking alcohol in motor vehicle on a public highway following a traffic stop at 7:30 a.m. Aug. 22. King was arraigned at Bombay Town Court and remanded to Franklin County Jail with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 to reappear Sept. 27 in Bombay Town Court.



UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Gwen E. Mckim, 66, of Brockville, Ont., for unlicensed operation and disobeying a traffic sign at 9:57 a.m. Aug. 23 after she was observed turning into a no turning driveway.



CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Johl W. Benedict, 17, of Hogansburg with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 3:38 p.m. Aug. 23.



UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Taylor Martin, 29, of Akwesasne, Que., for unlicensed operation and speed in zone (50/35) following a traffic stop at 11:41 p.m. Aug. 23.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Justin N. Moreau, 37, of Bombay for speed in zone (52/35) at 8:52 p.m. Aug. 24. Moreau was issued a Tribal citation and is to appear Sept. 16 in Tribal Court.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Jonathan M. Lindsey, 25, of Massena for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 10:35 p.m. Aug. 24.



DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Dari M. Oakes, 41, of Hogansburg with driving while intoxicated, operation of a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more, and failing to use a designated lane at 1 a.m. Aug. 25.



SPEEDING - ASKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed William T. Howland, 66, of Cicero for speed in zone (53/35) at 10:03 p.m. Aug. 25.



DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Louise Lessard, 68, of Hogansburg with driving while intoxicated, operation of a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more, and speed in zone (55/35) at 10:22 a.m. Aug. 25.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Lizbeth D. Ryan of Cooperstown for disorderly conduct after she was allegedly verbally abusive toward the Comfort Inn staff.



HARRASMENT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Gregory Roberson of Hogansburg for second-degree harrasment after an altercation at his residence. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and is to return Sept. 3.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Shawn R. Hosler of Fort Covington for speed in zone (51/35).
