PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Joshua T. Woodward, 20, of Ogdensburg and Kayla M. Howe, 17, of Ogdensburg with petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday at the Potsdam Walmart.

STOLEN PROPERTY -NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Jason J. Monroe, 27, of Norfolk with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property Tuesday night as part of an investigation into a larceny complaint filed with state police at 7:20 p.m. July 12 from the town of Norfolk. Troopers had also charged Adam W. Baxter, 34, of Raymondville with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property earlier this week in connection with that same incident.

Troopers said a female familiar with Baxter returned home and found him in her yard and when she attempted to confront him he got in a vehicle and left the area. The female then discovered a cordless tool set valued at $500 was missing from her property. She reportedly initially attempted to resolve the situation herself with Baxter but was unsuccessful.

TRESPASSING - MADRID - Canton-based state police charged Glenn J. Webster, 47, of 396 County Route 48, Norwood, with trespassing Tuesday night following an investigation into a property line dispute in the town of Madrid reported to troopers at 8 p.m. July 25. Webster was reportedly captured on a trail camera on the neighbor’s property.

AGGRAVATED DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Crystal A, LaPrade, 39, of 9851 state Route 56, Lot 40, Massena, with aggravated driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to keep right at 8:43 p.m. Tuesday following a stop on County Route 42 in the town of Massena. She reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent. A DWI is elevated to aggravated DWI when the blood alcohol content is 0.18 percent of higher.

DWI - MOIRA - Malone-based state police ticketed Maria L. White, 21, of Brushton with driving while intoxicated and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle and ticketed her for an equipment violation and making an unsafe turn following a traffic stop at 2:10 a.m. on Route 11, near Washington Street, in the town of Moira.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - FORT COVINGTON - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region on Tuesday. Among those:

■ Samantha Marie Gale, 22, of Fort Covington and Greg L. Snyder, 36, of Moira were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 12:14 p.m. Tuesday on Route 37, near the Woolen Mill Road, in the town of Fort Covington.
