Harold Anthony III, 26, of 717 Myrtle Ave., lower apartment, faces several charges stemming from an alleged Aug. 21 domestic incident at his residence.
Watertown police charged him Tuesday with criminal obstruction of breathing, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree assault, resisting arrest and endangering the welfare of a child.
It is alleged that he choked Keli E. Ward in the presence of a 1-year-old child and that he threw items, broke a window and threatened to harm himself, again in the childs presence. When police attempted to take him into custody, it alleged he kicked at officers, striking Officer Cristin N. Furhman just below the left knee, causing a cut and prompting the assault count. He is to answer the charges in City Court.
