Tammy K. Randolph, of 911 S. Water St., called Ogdensburg police Wednesday at 12:19 p.m. to report that her purse was stolen from her vehicle.

William G. Gagnon, of 213 Jersey Ave., called city police Wednesday at 12:18 p.m. to report that four tires belonging to him were stolen.

City police Wednesday at 4:35 a.m. reported a broken window at Phillips Diner, 415 Ford St.

Michael A. Garcia, 50, of 834 Ford St., Room 14, was arrested Wednesday at 1:28 a.m. for fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property, city police said. Police identified the stolen property as a bicycle.

Gauge L.R. Tyo, 21, of 423 Belmont Courts. was arrested Tuesday at 4:10 p.m. by city police on a city court bench warrant for failure to pay a fine.

Caleb Hurteau, 24, of 605 Albany Ave., was arrested Tuesday at 3:08 p.m. by city police on a city court bench warrant for failure to pay a fine.
