AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Tyler J. Burns, 24, of Canton with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle for operating a vehicle while having three or more suspensions and unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him for an equipment violation - inadequate exhaust at 1:29 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on state Route 420 in the town of Massena.

BURGLARY - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Peter D. Sokolowski, 43, of Brushton and Barry K. Hill, 23, of Brushton with third-degree burglary after responding to a burglary complaint at 5:09 p.m. Saturday in the town of Bombay. Both men were arrested at 6 p.m. on Cold Springs Road. Sokolowski was arraigned in local court and sent to the Franklin County Jail.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MOIRA - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region. Among those:

■ Justin Carey Cox, 22, of Brushton struck a parked vehicle on County Route 8, near Route 11, in the town of Moira,
