RESISTING ARREST - POTSDAM - Village police charged Jonathan R. Woodworth, 19, of Great Bend with resisting arrest, an open container violation, unlawful possession of alcohol by person under 21 and littering at 12:24a.m. Saturday after they observed him walking on Main Street with an open container of alcohol. Police said Woodworth became uncooperative ans resisted arrest when police approached him for the open container violation.



OPEN CONTAINER - POTSDAM - Village police charged Sean P. Dutcher, 34, of Johnson City with an open container violation at 12:46a.m. Saturday after he was observed walking on Market Street with an open container of an alcoholic beverage.



PUBLIC URINATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Ryan D. Duffy, 22, of Potsdam with public urination at 12:19a.m. Saturday after he was observed urinating in public off Elm Street in the Prosh lot behind Little Italy.



UNATTENDED MOTOR VEHICLE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Jarrett K. Konkle, 30, of Milton, Ont., for leaving a motor vehicle unattended at 10:03 a.m. Saturday on Market Street after hisvehicle parked on Market Street rolled because he failed to set the parking brake.



RED LIGHT - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Robert E. Bourassa, 39, of Kelowna, B.C., for illegally passing a red light at 5:52 p.m. Saturday after he reportedly drove through a steady red light on Elm Street.



RED LIGHT - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Haley L. Lankau, 17, of Campbell for illegally passing ared light at 8:20 p.m. Saturday after Lankau reportedly drove through a steady red light on Market Street.
