■ NEWTON FALLS — The town of Clifton site plan review board will consider a cellular communications antenna array proposed for the Newton Falls water tower at 7 p.m. Thursday at the highway garage.

n SACKETS HARBOR — The meeting of the Harold W. Townsend American Legion Post 1757 Auxiliary has been changed from Thursday to Wednesday because of a conflict about the meeting space. The meeting will start at 7 p.m. at the Legion hall.

n Interstate 81 south was closed for about an hour from exit 48A to exit 48 after a car rolled over around 3 p.m. Monday. The female operator of the vehicle, whose name was not released by state police Monday night, was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Burlington, Vt. after suffering an arm laceration. The road was reopened at about 4:10 p.m.
