STALKING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Gerald C. McDonald, 51, of Akwesasnewith third-degree stalking and second-degree harassment on Aug. 29. McDonald was arraigned at Fort Covington Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed John J. Lambert, 64, of Saco, Maine, for speed in zone (51/45) following a traffic stop at 10:44 p.m. Aug. 29 on state Route 37.



UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Scott D. Power, 32, of Massena with a felony count of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to use designated lane following a traffic stop at 1:39 a.m. Aug. 29. Police allege that Power’s blood alcohol content was 0.10 percent. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to Franklin County Jail with bail set at $6,000 cash or $12,000 bond.



HARASSMENT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Kiawentonteh C. Swamp, 31, of Akwesasnewith second-degree harassment following a complaint at 10:43 p.m. Friday.



UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Amos M. Connors, 42, of Hogansburgwith third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and use of a vehicle without an interlock device and ticketed him for failure to use designated lanefollowing a traffic stop at 10:38 p.m. Saturday.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Lynne Macadam, 53, of Dundee, Que., for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 1:13 a.m. Sunday on state Route 37.
