PUBLIC URINATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged James L. Fairhurst, 23, of White Plains with public urination at 1:44a.m. Friday on Market Street after police observed him urinating on Market Street in the vicinity of Sandstone Drive.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION ALCOHOL - POTSDAM - Village police charged Kamiesha K. Tucker, 20, of New York with unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21 and a person less than 21 obtaining alcohol fraudulently at 7:46 p.m. Friday on Market Streetafter police responded to a complaint a person was attempting to purchase alcohol with someone else’s identification at a liquor store.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged John R. Hess, 63 of Potsdam with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and tivcketed him for operation of anunregistered motor vehicle at 10:22 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Racquette Road.

RED LIGHT - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Ann A. Stuckert, 68, of Lansdale, Pa., for a red light violation at 1:59 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Park Street. Police said they observed Stuckert fail to stop at a red traffic light on Elm Street.
