Watertown city police charged Nicholas M. Vanzelf, 21, of 409 Clay St. Apt. B, with fifth-degree possession of stolen property at 6:18 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of Mill Street after police said they found him to be in possession of a stolen GPS belonging to Deborah L. Gillette, 116 E. Division St.

He was sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building where he was held pending arraignment Friday.
