FAILURE TO YIELD - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Rachel R. Ward, 19, of Dennison Road, Massena, for failure to yield at a stop sign at 12:55 p.m. Sunday following an incident on Parker Avenue.

INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Patty Norton-Gero, 49, of County Route 38, Brasher Center, for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights at 8:47 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on East Hatfield Street.
