With the Christmas season approaching, the founders of PJs 4 XMAS Camille and Abigail Marshall and the board of directors are planning to have a bottle drive in the city of Ogdensburg on the weekend of Sept. 14 and 15.

They want to increase their funds for startup cost for the season to cover St. Lawrence County, as well as making a few repairs to the delivery truck that the organization has purchased last year. If we miss you in our travels and still want the organization to pick up your bottles and cans. Please feel free to call us 393-0631.

Penny Jug placement will also be starting in Ogdensburg on Sept. 20. PJs 4 XMAS is celebrating its fifth year in operation and continues to uphold its 2000 pair goal again this year. Camille and Abigail’s organization that was founded 2009, has always had the same goal. To provide children the pleasure to receive Pajamas by Christmas Eve. A tradition at one time they took for granted. Since its inception the organization has clothed 5,531 children with the gift of Pajamas. While raising over $17,400.00 and aiding in the Hurricane Sandy relief. The girls and Board of Directors and volunteers are anxious to meet and greet the families of Ogdensburg next weekend and want to personally thank you all for your five years of continued support.
