FELONY DWI - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged Dustin S. Grape, 30, of Lisbon with a felony count of driving while intoxicated following an ATV accident reported at 12:30 a.m. Thursday on state Route 37 in the town of Waddington. He was also ticketed for failure to keep right, unlicensed operation of a vehicle, failure to produce insurance and operation of an unregistered all-terrain vehicle following the incident that was reported as a personal injury accident.

ASSAULT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Connor J. Reynolds, 16, of Norfolk with assault recklessly causing physical injury and disorderly conduct - creating a hazardous condition following an investigation into an incident reported at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday from the town of Norfolk.

PETIT LARCENY - HOPKINTON - Massena-based state police charged Brent J. Donahue, 23, of Churubusco with petit larceny Wednesday stemming from an investigation into a larceny complaint reported on the evening of Oct. 27. He was arraigned in Hopkinton Town Court and released on his own recognizance.

PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Ashley B. Parks, 24, of Pyrites with petit larceny following a complaint of a shoplifting incident at 4:51 p.m. Wednesday from the town of Potsdam.

CONSPIRACY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Jordan T. Remi, 22, of Ogdensburg and Jenna-Marie L. Joanette, 19, also of Ogdensburg, with sixth-degree conspiracy Wednesday following an investigation into a shoplifting complaint filed with troopers at 3:30 p.m. Aug. 29 from the town of Potsdam.
