UNLAWFUL FLEEING - AKWESASNE - The St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged a 14-year-old male juvenile with unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a vehicle, reckless driving, speed in zone, operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway, failure to obey a police officer, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and failure to keep right at 11:53 p.m. Sept. 8. He was issued citations to appear at a later date in Family Court.



FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Tribal Police ticketed John E. Treptow, 88, of Hogansburgfor following too closely at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 10 following a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Frogtown Road and state Route 37. He was issued a tribal citation.



AUO - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Lance M. Delisle, 42, of Altona with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 10:23 p.m. Sept. 11 after he was allegedly observed operating a vehicle with a burned out headlight. He was on citations for Oct. 1 in Bombay Town Court.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Donald M. Smoke, 59, of Hogansburgfor speed in zone following a traffic stop at 2:12 p.m. Sept. 12 after he was allegedly observed traveling at 52 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone on Cook Road. He was issued a citation for Oct. 8 in Bombay Town Court.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Bryana K. Herne, 22, of Hogansburg for speed in zone and permitting unlicensed operation following a traffic stop at 9:54 a.m. Friday after she was allegedly observed operating a vehicle at 55 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone on Cook Road. She was issued citations for Sept. 23 in Tribal Court.



DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Christopher Jakubiak, 29, of Ballston Spawith reckless driving, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.18 or more. Police allege that Jakubiak’s blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent. He was released on citations for Oct. 1 in Bombay Town Court.



DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged David M. Thomas, 22, of Akwesasne, Ont., with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.18 or more, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway and operation of a motor vehicle by unlicensed driver at 8:35 a.m. Saturday. Police allege that Thomas’ blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent. He was released citations for Oct. 15 in Bombay Town Court.



DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Carcie T.M. Bigtree-Thompson, 17, of Hogansburg with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more, speed in zone, failure to keep right, driving a motor vehicle without proper license and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway. Police allege that Thompson’s blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent. She was released on citations for Oct. 10 in Bombay Town Court.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Latoya Gallishaw, 27, of Syracusefor speed in zone following a traffic stop at 8:06 a.m. Sunday after she was allegedly observed operating a vehicle at 64 MPH in a posted 45 MPH zone on state Route 37. She was issued a tribal citation for Sept. 30 in Tribal Court.



AUO - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Mitchell R. Nanticoke, 26, of Akwesasnewith third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed in zone following a traffic stop at 11:16 a.m. Sunday after he was allegedly observed operating a vehicle at 54 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone.He was released on citations for Oct. 8 in Bombay Town Court.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Taryn L.M. Thompson, 28, of Akwesasne, Ont., for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 3:53 p.m. Sunday after she was allegedly observed operating a vehicle at 57 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone on Cook Road. She was issued a tribal citation for Monday in Tribal Court.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Gordon Elder, 62, of Dundee, Que., for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 4:48 p.m. Sunday after he was allegedly observed operating a vehicle at 57 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone on State Route 37. He was issued a tribal citation for Sept. 30 in Tribal Court.
