PAROLE DETAINER - MASSENA - Village police said Justin L. Lafleur, 26, of 400 South Main St., Apt. 2B, Massena, turned himself in on a parole warrant at 7:12 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility. Lafleur entered state prison on March 29, 2012 after being sentenced to two to six years in prison for a third-degree burglary conviction. He had been released under parole supervision Nov. 29, 2012 after completing a six-month shock incarceration program. The maximum expiration date of his sentence is Nov. 21, 2017.



COUNTY COURT WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked Jose A. Castro-Luzunaris, 25, of 90 East Hatfield St., Apt. 32, Massena, on a bench warrant at 10:47 a.m. Tuesday at the St. Lawrence County Probation Department satellite office, Harrowgate Commons, Massena. He was transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility pending arraignment on the warrant in county court.



BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police picked up Patrick D. Jacobs, 27, of 2 John Oakes Road, Akwesasne, on a bench warrant from Massena Village Court. Jacobs reportedly failed to appear as scheduled in court for a pending fourth-degree criminal mischief count. The warrant has been signed on July 13. Troopers turned Jacobs over to village police. He was arraigned by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and posted $100 bail. He was then turned over to St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police, who also held a warrant for his arrest.
