Motorists accused of driving while drunk

The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

n Dylon M. Dusharm, 20, High Street, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police with aggravated DWI at 1:08 a.m. Saturday after he crashed his vehicle into a utility pole in the 1600 block of Huntington Street.

Police said he was using his cellphone while traveling above the speed limit at the time of the crash.

His blood alcohol content was listed as 0.18 percent. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.

Mr. Dusharm also was charged with disorderly conduct at 8:40 p.m. Friday for allegedly urinating in a parking lot near Watertown High School.

n Molly J. Perez, 26, of 14 Anthony St., Alexandria Bay, was charged by state police at 6:05 a.m. Saturday on Route 126 in Croghan. Her BAC was not available and the circumstances of her arrest were not disclosed.

n Corey S. Patten, 23, Fort Drum, was charged by state police early Saturday on Route 11 in Gouverneur, where he was stopped for speeding. His BAC was listed as 0.11 percent.

n Hannah M. Mott, 19, of 934 Franklin St., was charged by Watertown police at 11:20 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Boyd Street. Police said her BAC was 0.15 percent. She also was cited with failure to signal.
