NEW BREMEN - Darryl M. Renodin, 75, formerly of New Bremen, died on Sunday morning, September 22, 2013 at the Lewis County Residential Healthcare Facility, where she has resided since October, 2008.

A funeral Mass will be said at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2013 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Lowville, with Rev. Christopher Carrara, Pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery, New Bremen. Calling hours are from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., Lowville. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lewis County Residential Healthcare Facility, Activities Fund, 7785 N. State St., Lowville, NY 13367.

She is survived by a sister, Margaret Renodin of Mohawk; three brothers, Robert “Smokey” and Elizabeth Noody of Star Lake; Lyle Renodin of Albany; Joseph “Tony” Noody of Lowville; a sister-in-law, Nancy Renodin of Lowville; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She is predeceased by four brothers, Edward “Sunshine” Noody, Eugene Noody, Charles “Doug” Renodin, and James Noody; and by a sister, Blanche DeCann.

Darryl was born on July 30, 1938 in Lowville, NY, a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Hogan Renodin. She graduated from Beaver Falls High School. Darryl worked for Beaverite Products, Beaver Falls, for many years. She also cared for her mother until she entered the nursing home.

Miss Renodin enjoyed golf and going to Polish dances. She enjoyed watching the New York Yankees games on television. When she was young, Darryl played softball on the women’s team in New Bremen.
