STALKING - HERMON - Gouverneur-based state police charged Michael A. Larue, 16, of Massena with fourth-degree stalking - illegal communication Monday following an investigation into an aggravated harassment complaint filed with troopers Sept. 2 from the town of Hermon. He was released on an appearance ticket. A 14-year-old female from Norfolk was charged with fourth-degree stalking - illegal communication on Sept. 19 in connection with that same investigation. Her case was turned over to the probation department to determine if she will be petitioned to St. Lawrence County Family Court.

ONE INJURED - ALTONA - Chazy-based state police said one person was injured in a one-vehicle accident reported at 7:02 a.m. Monday on Route 190, near Atwood Road, in the town of Altona. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by John N. Ford, 58, of Massena.
