Appointed Lorraine Kourofsky as the interim director of Public Health at a salary of $84,417, effective Sept. 23.

Reappointed Darren W. Colton as the director of the Real Property Tax Office at a salary of $64,272.

Proclaimed Oct. 4 as St. Lawrence County Manufacturing Day.
