PUBLIC URINATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Brian T. Dibble, 18, of Webster with public urination at 1:17 a.m. Sunday after he was was observed urinating in public view on Raymond Street.

UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Paula Z. Atems, 23, of Potsdam for failure to turn as required, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to obey a police officer at 2:04 a.m. Sunday after an officer observed a vehicle fail to turn as required at the intersection of Market Street and Elm Street. Officer attempted to initiate a traffic stop on Maple Street, however, the vehicle continued driving until stopping on Clarkson University campus. Police said Atems was driving despite only having a learner’s permit.

FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - POTSDAM - Village police charged Robin M. Labaff, 48, of Potsdam for operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration and following too closely at 11:54 a.m. Sunday following a property damage accident on Market Street.

IMPROPER TURN - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Jacob R. Worden, 18, of Adams Center for making an improper right turn at 10:52 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Maple Street.
