■ Starting at 7 a.m. today, Mechanic Street, between State and Factory streets, will be closed while city work crews pave the road. No traffic will be allowed. Local residents must make arrangements to park on nearby streets.

n SACKETS HARBOR — North Harbor Dairy will host an open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the farm, 14471 County Route 145. The event, which is open to the public, will showcase the new milking facilities and a new dry cow, maternity and special needs barn.
