Terry L. Gebo, 52, of 512 Clay St., Upper Apt., was charged by Watertown police at 5:30 p.m. Friday with second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of marijuana.
It is alleged that about 5:20 p.m., he entered the residence of Cathleen I. and William C. Howard, 411 Arsenal St., Apt. 2, and refused to leave after repeatedly being told to do so. He also allegedly possessed a small plastic bag containing marijuana.
He is due to answer the charges in City Court.
