DWI - POTSDAM - A Potsdam teenager faces a host of charges following a property damage accident early Tuesday morning in the town of Potsdam.
Canton-based state police charged Darik M. Bradish, 19, with driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and possession of alcohol by a person under 21 years of age following an investigation into a property damage accident at 12:56 a.m. Tuesday in the town of Potsdam. Bradish was also ticketed for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to use designated lane and operation of an uninspected motor vehicle.
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - LOUISVILLE - State police charged Christopher A. Delosh, 28, of Massena and Elizabeth K. Wickwire, 25, of Norfolk with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument following a traffic stop at 10:56 a.m. Monday on County Route 40 in the town of Louisville. Delosh was also charged with two counts of petit larceny stemming from alleged thefts from buildings in the town of Potsdam - one reported on July 21 and the other on Aug. 29.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - DEKALB - Gouverneur-based state police reported Tuesday they had charged Sara B. Benko, 21, of Moira with unlawful possession of marijuana following a secondary inspection at 10 p.m. Thursday at a checkpoint on Route 11 in the town of Dekalb.
