BURGLARY - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Robert J. Davis, 45, of Lake Placid and Laura L. Peryea, 55, of Lake Placid with second-degree burglary at 10:27 p.m. Tuesday following an investigation into a reported burglary from a dwelling in the town of Bombay complaint filed with troopers at 7 p.m. that evening. Troopers said the arrests were made at 935 state Route 37, Bombay.
PETIT LARCENY - KNAPPS STATION - Massena-based state police charged Wayne L. Planty, 31, of Norwood with petit larceny Tuesday stemming from an investigation into an incident reported to troopers Sept. 23 from the town of Stockholm. Troopers said the arrest was made at 466 County Route 48, Norwood.
CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - LAWRENCEVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Brian M. McCord, 30, of Lawrenceville with second-degree criminal contempt after they responded to a domestic dispute complaint at 3:57 p.m. Tuesday in the town of Lawrence. McCord allegedly violated the terms of an order of protection.
STOLEN PROPERTY - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police charged Sara J. Peary, 33, of St. Regis Falls with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property Tuesday following an investigation into a complaint filed with troopers at 12:34 a.m. Aug. 31. Troopers said the arrest was made at 10:32 a.m. Tuesday at 207 South River Road, St. Regis Falls.
UNAUTHORIZED USE VEHICLE - BRUSHTON - Malone-based state police charged Jonathan C. Barney, 17, of Brushton with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle Tuesday after receiving a complaint at 11:05 a.m. from the town of Moira. Troopers said the arrest was made at 12:18 p.m. Tuesday at Brushton-Moira Central School.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - PIERREPONT - Canton-based state police charged Harley D. Trimm, 19, of Pierrepont and Travis S. Marschat, 19, of Winthrop with two counts each of unlawful possession of marijuana following a stop at 6 p.m. Monday on Burtwood Park Drive in the town of Pierrepont.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MALONE - Malone-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 5:17 p.m. Tuesday on Route 11 at the Wards Lumber parking lot. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Marshall Ivan Gorrow, 68, of Akwesasne and Jeffrey W. Cook, 51, of Malone.
