AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Tashia M. McGregor, 29, of Perkins Road, Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for a stop sign violation at 8:52 p.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on Grove Street near Ridgewood Avenue.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Phillip J. Dimick Jr., 24, of Forbes Street, Massena, for speed in zone at 9:16 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Charles E. Phelix Jr., 31, of County Route 37, Massena, for speed in zone (48/30) at 4:33 p.m. Thursday following a traffic stop in the South Raquette River Road.



UNSAFE BACKING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Raymond R. Bjork, 21, of Quinell Road, Helena, for unsafe backing and operation of a motor vehicle with no insurance aty 3:49 p.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on Park Avenue.



UNSAFE BACKING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Mackenzie R. LePage, 16, of Owl Avenue, Massena, for unsafe backing at 2:57 p.m. Thursday following a property damage accident in the Massena Central High School parking lot. Police said she backed into a vehicle being operated by Jason Avery.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Hunter R. Hayden, 18, of Howard Street, Massena, for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle at 12:35 p.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on Grove Street.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Elijah D. Russell, 19, of Heath Hill Road, Brushton, for speed in zone (49/30) at 12:23 p.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on South Main Street.
