HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Joseph C. LaBarge, 52, of Ogdensburg with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct at 11:49 a.m. Friday on Leroy Street. Police said the charges stemmed from an incident on Sept. 13 when patrols were called to Canton-Potsdam Hospital for the report of an ongoing disturbance between family members. Police said their investigation determined LaBarge had engaged in a physical altercation with another adult male. An additional arrest is pending, police said.

FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Nicholas M. Dreimiller, 20, of Rochester for failure to yield right of way making left turn at 4:20 p.m. Friday following a property damage accident on Market Street.

PARKED ON HIGHWAY - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Abbie L. Balbian, 56, of Galway for illegally stopping/parking on a highway at 6:09 p.m. Friday after she allegedly parked her vehicle in a travel lane on Market Street.
