Motorists accused of drunken driving


The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

n Michael J. Borsellino, 35, of 274 Andrews St., Massena, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana at 4:23 a.m. Saturday on Andrews Street in Massena. He also was cited with having inadequate plate lamps.

Police said Mr. Borsellino’s license was suspended for a previous alcohol offense. His blood alcohol content was listed as 0.20 percent. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.

n Rosanna M. Garvey, 29, of 1990 Route 345, Madrid, was charged by state police at 3:35 a.m. Saturday. Police said her vehicle crossed the white line several times on Route 37 in Lisbon. Her BAC was listed as 0.13 percent.

n Stephen A. Marionneaux, 25, of 10644 5th Armored Division Drive, Fort Drum, was charged by state police at 3:29 a.m. Saturday on Route 342 in the town of LeRay. No BAC was available; police said he refused to take a Breathalyzer test.
