Ronnie L. OConnor, 64, Watertown, was charged by state police at 7:24 p.m. Saturday on Route 37 in the town of Pamelia with aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandras Law, a felony.
Police said he had a 13-year-old boy as a passenger. Mr. OConnor also was charged with driving across hazard markings.
His blood alcohol content was listed as 0.10 percent. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
